Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Silly Billy Designs, we work hard to get your patches to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During sales, new releases, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been shipped.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within Australia.
- If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are sent via Australia Post.
- Shipping options (free, standard or express) will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
- Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
Estimated Delivery Times (Australia Post)
- Standard Post: 2–8 business days depending on location
- Express Post: 1–4 business days depending on location
Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Please note: in some cases, postage is partially subsidised by Silly Billy Designs.
Tracking
- If tracking is included with your chosen shipping method, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- Silly Billy Designs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returned orders due to address errors may incur a reshipping fee.
